Every other Wednesday, my company has an optional work from home day. I try and take advantage of it when I can. One of the benefits is a whole lot of different options for lunch, and this is a favorite, Himawari in San Mateo and their wonderful Ramen! Today I’m trying the Shio Butter Corn Ramen complimented with a delicious iced tea. Yum!
